Petals of the Infinite Face is a devotional collage honouring the essence of Gayatri — her grace, depth, and radiant stillness. At its heart sits the many-faced goddess on a lotus, symbolising awakening, divine intelligence, and the truth that enlightenment is faceted and ever-evolving. Her five faces represent the five pranas (life forces), five elements, and five directions of perception, reminding us that enlightenment is not singular — it is faceted, ever-shifting, and embodied through many forms.
This piece is a prayer for the mystic within — the one who listens deeply, remembers beauty, and walks in reverence. It evokes sisterhood: fierce, soft, sacred, and wise. The cheetah brings instinct and clarity. Diagrams, fossils, and moth wings whisper of memory, transformation, and unseen realms.
